These terms govern all services provided by Brandon Quijano ("Brandon Q.", "we", "us") through BrandonQ.co. By purchasing or booking any service, you agree to these terms. These are plain-language terms — not legal obfuscation.
1. Services
Brandon Q. offers revenue consulting, systems auditing, and automation build services for marketing agencies and service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each service are described on the services page and confirmed prior to engagement start.
2. Revenue Leak Audit — Scope and Guarantee
What the Audit Covers
The Revenue Leak Audit is a 90-minute live diagnostic session that evaluates your agency across 50 checkpoints in five categories: pricing architecture, conversion rates, client retention, sales process, and operational efficiency.
You will receive: a 50-point scored report, identification of your top 3 revenue leaks, and a written 30/90-day action roadmap. Delivery is within 48 hours of the session.
Definition of "Recoverable Revenue"
For purposes of the 5x Guarantee, "recoverable revenue" means documented gaps in your business where fixing the identified issue within 90 days is reasonably expected to result in measurable revenue improvement. Qualifying leaks include:
- Pricing gaps — underpriced services, missing upsells, or value capture misalignment relative to market rates.
- Conversion gaps — documented lead-to-close conversion rates below industry benchmarks where process changes would yield measurable improvement.
- Retention gaps — identifiable churn patterns, missing renewal systems, or client expansion opportunities not currently being captured.
- Sales process gaps — broken follow-up sequences, untracked pipeline stages, or qualification failures causing deal loss.
"Recoverable revenue" does not include speculative projections, market growth assumptions, or improvements dependent entirely on factors outside your control (e.g., market conditions, competitor behavior).
The 5x Guarantee
Guarantee Terms
If the audit does not identify at least $12,500 in recoverable revenue — as defined above — you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
To claim the guarantee: email brandon@verbagemedia.com within 7 days of receiving your audit report, stating which identified leaks you believe do not meet the recoverable revenue definition. We will review and respond within 48 hours.
The guarantee does not apply if: (a) you cancel the audit session without rescheduling, (b) you fail to provide requested business information necessary to complete the audit, or (c) a chargeback is initiated before the dispute process above is attempted.
3. Automation Build Services
For automation builds (Make.com, GoHighLevel, Lead-to-Close, Deal Pipeline), the scope of work is agreed upon in writing before payment or work begins. Deliverables are as described on the services page unless modified in writing.
Revisions: Each build includes one revision cycle. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions beyond initial scope are quoted separately.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on normal project complexity. We will notify you in advance if a project requires more time than estimated.
Refund policy for builds: If delivered work materially fails to match the agreed scope and revisions do not resolve the issue, you are entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion based on work completed.
4. Strategy Call
The 60-minute Automation Strategy Call is non-refundable once the session has occurred. If you need to reschedule, do so at least 24 hours in advance via your calendar confirmation link.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. For split-payment services (deposit + balance), the balance is due within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to pay the balance releases us from the guarantee obligation.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these terms and voids any guarantee.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all business information you share during an engagement as confidential. We will not share your data, revenue figures, or business details with any third party without your written consent, except as required by law.
You may not share, reproduce, or distribute the audit report or deliverables to third parties for commercial purposes without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables produced for your engagement (audit report, built automations, documented systems). Brandon Q. retains the right to reference the engagement type and general outcome in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages.
Results described on this site represent what the audit is designed to find — not a guarantee of specific business outcomes. Executing on recommendations is your responsibility.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall first be addressed through direct communication before any formal legal process is initiated.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that transaction.
